DUTIES OF THE CCL VICE-PRESIDENTS

1. Serves to represent region (North or South)
   • Works with area representatives
2. Responsible for spring regional meeting
   • Program
   • Location and catering
   • Publicity and registration
   • Presides over meeting
3. Serve in absence of President at Executive Board
4. Act on behalf of Executive Board to expedite work of Council of so directed by President
